INTRODUCTION
Our Workwear fabrics are carefully selected and engineered to deliver durability, comfort, and protection in demanding environments. We offer a wide range of blends, including 100% cotton, polyester-cotton, and specialized technical fabrics, designed to meet the requirements of industrial, construction, healthcare, and corporate sectors. All fabrics are tested for key performance parameters such as tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, and colorfastness to ensure long-lasting quality. In addition, our fabrics comply with international safety standards including EN ISO 11612 (heat and flame protection), EN ISO 11611 (welding protection), EN ISO 20471 (high-visibility), EN 343 (protection against rain), EN 342 (cold protection), and IEC 61482-2 (arc flash protection). For enhanced wearer safety, we also offer fabrics treated for flame retardancy, water repellency (ISO 4920), anti-static properties (EN 1149) and Inherently flame retardant (EN NFPA 2112).
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we prioritize eco-friendly fabrics that reduce environmental impact without compromising performance. Many of our textiles are produced using resource-efficient processes that minimize water and energy consumption, with options available in organic cotton and recycled polyester. Every fabric is certified under OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, guaranteeing it is free from harmful substances and safe for skin contact. Together with OEKO-TEX® STEP certification for sustainable textile production, our fabric collection represents the perfect balance of performance, comfort, compliance, and environmental responsibility.

This range is made from 100% cotton twill 3/1, reactive dyed at 60°C for fast color or VAT dyed at 90°C. The fabric is Mercerized and Sanforized (pre-shrunk) and specially treated to provide excellent resistance to abrasion and shrinkage. It offers comfort and breathability thanks to its 100% natural fiber composition. The fabric can be either water-washed at a maximum temperature of 85°C or dry-cleaned, maintaining its color and dimensions after each wash. Also available is a durable blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton twill 2/1, designed to offer long-lasting performance with excellent color stability, washability, and abrasion resistance. This blend can be either washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C or dry-cleaned, helping retain color over time.

HI-VISIBILITY
Hi-visibility fabric meets EN 471 standards. For tasks that require high visibility—such as traffic control, security, event marshaling, driving, construction, roadwork, and wet weather tasks—we use 3M Scotchlite tape to meet buyer requirements. EN 471:2003 specifies the requirements for protective clothing designed to make the wearer visible in hazardous situations under any lighting conditions, including daylight and when illuminated by vehicle headlights at night. The standards also include performance requirements for fluorescence and retro reflection, specifying the minimum area and placement of these elements on protective clothing.

CORDURA ANTI-CUT FABRIC / STRETCH GARMENTS

CORDURA® fabric is a high-performance textile known for its durability, strength, and resistance to abrasions, tears, and scuffs. Originally developed for military applications, it is now widely used in outdoor gear, luggage, and workwear. In contrast, stretch garments are designed with advanced technology, combining elastic fibers such as elastane with durable nylon or polyester. This blend provides excellent 4-way stretch for maximum freedom of movement. Ideal for active wear and performance apparel, these garments offer comfort while maintaining shape retention. Together, CORDURA® and stretch fabrics represent a perfect fusion of strength, flexibility, and modern style.
